Project
M. Scott Media was approached to create the brand and messaging for Artistix’s S/S18 fashion show. Their show had to stand apart from its’ competitors since attendees & buyers would go to multiple shows each day during New York Fashion Week.
Objective
Create a brand and message, which would help attract the audience to want to buy the Artistix line and their message over top fashion companies who were all showing their lines during New York Fashion Week.
Execution
“Art | Soul | Rock & Roll” is shown through the Artistix’s S/S18 fashion show brand and messaging. The ’70s music era inspired a hand-lettered font, which guided the look and feel of this project, including a vinyl record invitation, Snapchat filters & afterparty flyers. The outcome of this project inspired other companies in the field to look toward similar solutions.
A modern skull graphic was also created during this process to add a design element to the runway. This skull was well received and sold out in two different countries prior to the season’s completion.
